"Arrived damaged, but support came through"
i mean, the cabinet looks nice, but it showed up with a cracked corner and one of the doors had a scratch on it. The box was banged up too, so I wasn’t exactly surprised when I opened it.
Homary support did get back to me after I sent photos, but it took a few emails and almost two weeks to get the replacement part sorted out. I’m glad they fixed the issue in the end, I just wish the whole process had been a bit faster...

I found a few things I really liked, but when I actually went to order, some of them were already out of stock. Reading between the lines, it feels like the stock updates just don’t always keep up with what’s shown on the site. The site itself was easy enough to use, so that part was fine, but it would be a much better experience if the availability info was more up to date.

I ordered a coffee table from Homary, my gut feeling when I first opened the box was that it was going to be better than I expected.

The wood feels solid, and the finish looks really nice. I didn’t notice any cheap-looking edges or wobbly parts, and it was packed well too, with no scratches or damage.

It did take a little time to put together, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, I’m happy with the quality for the price, and I’d trust my gut and buy from them again.

"Not enough options for me"
I wanted to like homary. Really did. But the selection just felt limited. A lot of items looked kind of the same. Some sections barely had anything. I was looking for simple pieces. No odd colors. No strange designs. Just basic stuff. Couldn’t really find it. Maybe it works for other people, but I got frustrated and stopped looking

"Honestly better than I expected"
I ordered from Homary mostly because I found a discount code and figured there was a decent chance it wouldn’t actually work. But it did go through at checkout, and the final price was way lower than what I was seeing on other sites. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, so keep that in mind, but for the deal I got, I’m happy with the purchase.

"I liked the look of this table..."
I liked the look of this table when it first arrived, it seemed nice for the price. But after just a few weeks, the top started chipping, which was really disappointing. The legs also feel kind of flimsy, like they wouldn’t handle everyday use for long. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it if you need something sturdy for daily use.

"Frustrating lack of updates after ordering"
After I paid, it felt like the communication just disappeared. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a basic update on my order, but even that seemed to get ignored until I reached out first.

When they did reply, it took days, and the responses felt like copy-paste messages. No clear delivery date, no actual explanation, just the same “we’ll check” kind of answer over and over.
The product might end up being fine, but the experience after ordering has been really frustrating. When you spend money somewhere, you expect at least a simple update without having to chase them for it

I had a question about my homary order, nothing huge, but I still wanted to check on it because, you know, waiting around can make you wonder. I reached out to support and thought it might take forever, but they replied quickly. The person was nice, checked the order status for me, and actually answered my question without making it complicated. So yeah, simple experience overall. No back and forth drama, which I appreciated. Definitely made me feel a bit more relaxed about the order.

"Pretty easy to put together, though I wish I’d been more careful"
I ordered a cabinet from Homary putting it together was easier than I expected. The parts were labeled well, and most of the holes lined up without much hassle, which was a relief.

The only thing I regret is not slowing down during one step, because I ended up attaching a side panel the wrong way and had to redo it. The instructions could’ve been a little clearer there, but overall it took me about an hour and it looks really nice now.

I returned my item and did eventually get my refund, but it took longer than I expected. Support didn’t get back to me until a couple days later, which made the whole thing feel a bit uncertain. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it was slow enough that I kind of lost trust in how they handle returns

"My Homary order did show up..."
My Homary order did show up, so there’s that. But the box… not great. Torn on one side, one corner completely crushed in. I thought the item inside was going to be damaged. Luckily it only had a few small marks, nothing too major, but still. It just didn’t feel like it was packed or handled with much care. For what I paid, I expected the packaging to be a bit more solid.
